Welcome to The Hosts of Airbnb Automated (Read To Access Free Courses)
Our mission in this community is to help you build a KILLER Airbnb business for FREE. When you join, you get to take these 3 courses for free: Airbnb Arbitrage Bootcamp Pricing Strategy Secrets Airbnb Listing Masterclass Please introduce yourself to the community by posting an introduction in the following format 1️⃣ Who are you and where are you located 2️⃣ Do you Airbnb (if so how many units?) or are you looking to start an Airbnb business 3️⃣ What are you most excited to learn and/or accomplish Our community is special because we give points to members who help out by posting or commenting. When others like what you've shared, you get points. This makes sure everyone tries to share helpful stuff and talk to each other. If you collect enough points, you move up and get cool rewards. We're still thinking up some of these rewards, but they might include: ✅ Group Q&A sessions ✅ Special training sessions ✅ More courses and personal coaching ✅ E-books And there's more coming! Just a couple of rules to keep things nice for everyone: 🛑 No spamming or selling stuff here. 🛑 Don't share links unless an admin says it's okay. 🛑 No asking to chat in private messages. Thanks for being here with us! Cheers, Sean & The MDR Team

NYC!! 7 units in Miami, Georgia and Austin. I’m hoping to learn how to expand with limited funds and get better at negotiating with landlords
Expanding to other platforms
Hello everyone, I'm currently hosting 25 properties on Airbnb and have been considering expanding my reach by listing on Booking.com as well (especially during slow season). Before making a decision, I wanted to reach out to this knowledgeable community for some insights. 1. Impact on Bookings: Have any of you noticed a significant change in your booking rates on Airbnb after listing on Booking.com? I'm curious whether hosting on multiple platforms leads to more overall bookings or if it simply redistributes the existing ones. 2. Management Complexity: How much additional effort is required to manage listings across different platforms? Are there any tools or strategies you recommend for keeping track of bookings, updating calendars, and ensuring there are no double bookings? 3. Guest Experience and Reviews: Does hosting on multiple platforms affect the guest experience or the types of guests you receive? Additionally, how do you manage reviews across different sites? Is there an impact on your Airbnb rating? 4. Pricing Strategy: How do you approach pricing when your property is listed on multiple platforms? Do you keep it consistent across the board, or adjust based on the platform's audience and fees? 5. Platform Policies and Support: Have you encountered any challenges with the policies or support teams of either Airbnb or Booking.com when managing issues that arise from dual listings? I would greatly appreciate any advice, experiences, or insights you could share on these points. It's a big decision, and I want to ensure I'm considering all the potential impacts on my hosting business. I use BDC not user friendly with their interface but I get higher priced bookings than Airbnb
Networking Opportunities?
Hello Hosts! I am more than excited for the opportunity to be apart of this Skool group. I'd like to open with a topic on networking. What are the some large or local networking opportunities you have attended for the purpose of hosting? How was your experience? Personally, I haven't committed to any networking events for the purpose of hosting, although I have joined local small business events and local chamber of commerce events. These alone have been helpful with confidence building and operational knowledge. I am excited to hear others experiences, as I am planning on attending host networking opportunities in 2024.
