The Hidden Costs in Your Business
Recently, I realized that spending too much time on non-core tasks, like writing follow-ups manually, was costing me potential revenue. Here's what I mean. There is only so many options in terms of the types of replies that I can receive from an email I send out. It's either... A) the recipient is OUT OF OFFICE...i cant force them back into the office lol (my campaign will automatically readjust its sending settings so that they see it when they come back) B) the recipient is NOT interested...so I thank them for their time and leave them alone (don't bother them) C) the recipient IS interested...I template a response to lead them into my next step (for me its a quick 5 min intro call) Either way, there would be times when I would get a reply from a lead, and not follow up on time...that's lost money. (pic for proof from my first free trial client in their first 4 weeks...$25k just sitting there 😭). I had to realize that the time someone replies to your email means that they are actively ON THIER PHONE or ON THEIR LAPTOP...THEY'RE RIGHT THERE. So the quicker I can get my response out the better. And the quickest way to do that is via automation. Which is why I've now automated each one of these response variants to save hours each week. What’s one hidden cost in your business that surprised you, and how did you address it?

Your Go-To Icebreaker for New Leads
I’ve found that starting with a personalized opener, like a comment or compliment about their work at XYZ company or some recent activity they made on LinkedIn, gets the best responses in my outreach. Even if they aren't interested in my Free Lead Magnet, they still would respond respectfully. It builds trust and sets the tone for further conversations. What’s your favorite icebreaker when reaching out to cold leads, and why does it work for you? I’m looking for fresh ideas—what’s worked best for you?

Your Go-To Icebreaker for New Leads
The Most Valuable Client Lesson You’ve Learned
When I started doing automation services, I was focused on the ecommerce space. I wanted to do automation for inventory management, customer retention and shipping fulfillment. When I hopped on my initial call with my first client, I was so excited to share with him all the blueprints I've built out to automate those sections of his store, but the entire time, it didn't even matter. Why? He just didn't have enough sales volume coming into his store to justify the need the need of trying to automate other sections of it. This completely changed how I approached automation because before anything else, businesses, just like us humans, need blood to survive, they need leads. Hence why I switched to Automation for Lead Generation. So, I say all that to ask.... what’s the most valuable lesson you’ve learned from working with a client, and how has it changed your approach? Curious to hear how others have grown from similar experiences :)

@Eben F right now my biggest challenge in helping clients find new leads is really just I need more free trials myself. So I’d say my messaging angle. If I get my messaging angle right then I’d be able to tap into more demand the right way. Currently need 3/5 more free trial slots to fill
🚀 I Need Your Help – Testing My Automated Lead Gen System
I need your guys' help here so I figured I'd just ask... I’m looking for 4 more people to help me test out my Automated Lead Generation System before the year ends. I’ve already run one free trial, and I’m looking to fine-tune the system further. Here’s what it does: - Sends 6k-20k emails per month - Automates follow-ups to save time - Books calls so you can focus on closing If you’re someone who needs more leads coming in consistently—whether you run an agency, manage a Skool community, or just want to grow your business—this is for you. What I need from you: Simply use the system and give me honest feedback. What you’ll get: A free trial that generates leads for you while I fine-tune everything. If you’re open to helping me test this out, drop a comment or DM me. I’ll only take 4 more spots before the year wraps up!
