I’m really focusing on my crazy legs and toe manuals. So I can unlocks leg locks and toe spins. Also dips to a spin and back is tuff🔥. I be wanting want to throw in a reverse kick out into mine.
I’m trying to practice dribbling and crazy legs and I was going to attempt to throw some leg locks in there so I can do the Gaga. Anyone have any advice.
@Kendal Ferguson I’ve been working on calf raises and ankle exercises to build stability. And just remembering to carve out time during session is the hardest part
@Rosalyn Donaldson my “a-ha” moment was when I started warming up my dips with lunges. That got my body in the right position and then I threw my arms in for balance. The last ingredient is turning my head.
Skating gives me challenge. It gives me an outlet for frustration. I find myself thinking about music often while off skates. I envision the tricks I’d like to work on every day. I push myself (sometimes harder than I need to) to become the skater that I want to be. I train so that I can handle the challenges of balance and rhythm. I practice, I fall, I get up, and I do it again. Frankly, I’m Obsessed.
