There is. Currently only 1 day a week wheels aren't on my feet and I rotate wheels once they develope flat spots or turn into donuts😅

@Ingrid Berendt I'd also recommend Acquiring more safety equipment to minimize the pain felt during falls forward or backwards. For example wrist guards knee pads, a padded girdle the whole 9. The faster you are able to minimize the pain the easier it will be to tackle the fear 🙏🏾. Falls are part of the learning process fear is an obstacle and pain doesn't have to be in the loop. We want to keep pain out the loop👌🏿
