Still here? What's changed since you started the challenge? 🤔 Meditation changed my life because I stayed consistent. It took me 77 days to finally love meditation, and I’ve been doing it ever since. That's the secret: Consistency > duration. 💪 It applies to everything—whether it’s creating social media content, meditations, or learning something new. The key is taking action every single day, even when it sucks. Because, yes, it will suck at first, and yeah, you might suck at it. 😅 But with practice, you get better. Stick with it, and be consistent for 30 to 90 days. It takes about 60 to 70 days to build a habit, so you're almost there. 🎯 Keep up the awesome work, f*ck faces! 🔥👏

Still here...and the change i see is that I am waaaaaaaaaay less stressed about the bullshit (...and it's all bullshit...), have given zero fucks to the stuff that i would have ruminated about for weeks, month, years....Thanx Yogi Bryan!

Needed this one so badly today. My best doggo is sick, but now keeping food down. As much as I love my husband, Zelda has been there for me when he couldn’t. If anything happened to her I would fall apart.
