Hello all A personal challenge is shift work and rosters - that are only 4 weeks in advance This makes it hard to plan and commit to a lot of social engagements I still like my job and I don’t want to change it so I have a level of acceptance Couple this with a huge amount of personal interests, family & friends that I want to give time to also.

@Damien Hennigan my personal hobbies are lifting weights, spending time with my dogs, bjj & shooting. I have a list of all my wants and needs I want to give time to each week /fortnight / month Then add family / friends / responsibilities & chores I use a 30 day calendar to pencil them all in. In principle this is good but also feel it can be a chore and I’m doing too much.
