Achieve beyond limit
As i go further in this journey a lot of problems i incounter but every problems i incounter i pass it out because i say to my self that every problems is just a test it test you on how you can deal with it and how you can beyond of it but sometimes i have lack of confidence to do a thing and how to to achieve a high confidence.And now i see that being have a maximize confidence will get you on top every challenges you incounter so keep it up until you maximize your confidence.🗿

Crazy How this Change Boosts Confidence!
You become way more confident when you do more reps than other people who are wasting time on TikTok or scrolling Instagram all day. When you listen to average people talk, you start to realize how far ahead you are in life. From my experience, this is one of the best ways to boost your confidence. Don't get me wrong—there’s always something to learn. But you have to see it clearly. A lot of times, I see people older than me struggling to talk to me or hold eye contact because they’re nervous. I can feel it. That’s when I realize they’re not less than me, but their body language makes them seem less powerful in conversations without them knowing it. I Thought I Was Eating "Healthy" Until I Learned This..
For the longest time, I thought eating healthy meant downing protein shakes and salads. But my results were always off. Turns out, I was overcomplicating everything. The real trick? Consistency. Eating simple, balanced meals, day in and day out, made all the difference. 150g of protein/ day, however many calories I needed at that time to bulk (3600kcal). THAT'S IT. Sometimes the easiest fixes are right in front of us, but we miss them because we overthink. Isn’t it interesting how small adjustments lead to big results?

One more thing I would add is try to eat less junk/packaged food I mean the proportion should be minimal

What do you think. Should man pay for everything, provide and protect physically his woman and woman should make peace in the house and make men cool down after stressful day ? Let me know your thoughts?

And also as a man we should give her freedom to do (sort of) anything besides lewd reels or that of any kind.And if she doesn't like this idea try to negotiate and if this step doesn't workout then maybe, not living in such relation is the better of it.
