So many people yesterday had comments regarding difficulty in finding/maintaining joy in their lives. Is joy a phenomena that truly only occurs rarely, or is it possible to be in joy all the time?
I feel that too Pamela. How do we create practices of gratitude and compassion that lead to more joy? I'm wondering if there's anything that people have tried that have helped cultivate joy. I know some people who write down the things they are thankful for every day...curious if anyone has suggestions?
