imo to take school to the next level: - Push to send (click to send) option for direct messages (sometimes I forget to hit shift+enter for a newline) - Or alternatively, edit direct messages - Multi level bullets, so if I give two spaces or hit tab, then it indents - Mobile app push notifications. Please add these and prioritize my software bros! Good so far, but let's make it great.

Marketing Channels for Dads
Where are dads hanging out? What are some marketing channels for Dad's? Which ones should I prioritize? What channels am I missing? Some I thought of: 1. YouTube (make vide/podcast content for dads) 2. Instagram (make dad content) 3. Reddit (r/daddit) 4. Make an app and offer some value 5. Content marketing (xx blog posts per week) 6. Make a facebook group for fathers and a specific parenting issue 7. Gieaway on social media (e.g. partner with a brand) 8. SEO on my wesbite

Warm and cold lead direct messaging
My community is for fathers. My recruiting direct messaging goes something like: "I am reaching out to tell you about an online forum and community just for dads. We help you solve <xyz>. Would love to have you sign up and come check it out." The number one objection response I get is: "I'm too busy for that". But when I get 1:1 time with them (phone call or in person) the response I get is: "oh I didn't know it was online". Then, they tend to sign up after the follow-up. 1) How else can I describe the skool platform and the "online community" such that they get it without a followup? 2) Or are followups for warm and cold leads just common/necessary?

@Ryan Denman this is interesting and didn't cross my mind as a problem to solve but rather an objection. There might be an opportunity here to help Dad's in other ways. I am going to have to ponder on this. Very insightful, and thanks
Help with my warm leads convos
I have texted ~90 unique contacts so far. The community is for dads, and a lot of the men don't understand what "online community" is. They think it's some sort of online meetup and I usually get this response back: "I don't have time to commit to any more meetings." I am assuming they are not even clicking on the Skool about page link, which I talk about calls, not meetings. Sample text I have been sending: """ Hey XXX what is up! <Add personalization here> What have you been up to? I am reaching out to tell you about an online forum and community just for dads called Legacy Father. We talk about stuff ranging from anxiety and depression to dad humor. Would love to have you sign up and come check it out. Or feel free to pass it along to another father you think might be interested. https://www.skool.com/legacyfather/about Hope you're doing well! """ Like I said the response is usually: "sorry I am too busy to attend more things." Any ideas how I can better describe the concept to millennial and gen-x aged dads in the text? Thanks!

@Bijan Izadi I agree and disagree. Basically depends on who I'm texting. Some guys I feel like this would be totally unnecessary. While others I could see how this could work. My gut instinct though is that even if I text some of them I'm not going to get a reply, no matter what I could tell them. So because I won't get a reply my rationale is to send them the pitch since I have nothing to lose.

@Andrea Foster wow this is really awesome! I totally agree, community is becoming a overloaded word. I'll take a look at some synonyms.
What do you guys think converts more Instagram or TikTok?
me personally i think it’s easier to go viral on instagram right now

I post everyday. I get less than 800 views on tiktok per short, no matter what I post,! On instagram I see any where from 500-2k views on average and up to 10k if it's fire.

@Jaxon Navarro I've only have my conversion tracking up for 3 days. 29 page views and 4 sign ups . BUT I can't tell where there originally came from. It just says "web". I have also been texting all my warm leads. So to answer your question: I can't tell how well it's converting
