What's coming next in the online learning space?
Are you seeing the same success with course and mastermind launches? I've seen a big decline in course and mastermind enrollments. It might just be me but what do you think has shifted and what do you think people want more now? I'm thinking for bite size, specific content and membership maybe? Webinars on Evergreen
Long story short I used to primarily launch live. And did many years in the middle marketed direct to sale. I’ve added webinars back into the mix. I’m getting great signups. But would like to improve watches. 1. How are you focusing on getting them to watch (especially when you know it converts)? 2. Do you have an ideal length (as in total minutes) that is more likely to get consumed evergreen?

Waitlist / Lead Magnet / Training
Ok, I have a unique situation and I need your messaging skills so I don't make this terribly confusing. I have an existing membership. There is a major site upgrade coming in approximately a month. I want to start promoting the Waitlist - however, there is no reason for them to wait - so I want to deliver a training that gets them in early "while they wait" essentially. And to just make it more complicated I have a podcast that contains a topic that is super related, but I want it to all flow together. So it would be PROMO/PODCAST -> OPTIN -> THANK YOU PAGE TRAINING -> EMAIL PDF -> EVERGREEN FUNNEL From a technical standpoint I know exactly what I'll do. But how do I make the language around this make sense at that promo point?

@Mariah Coz they don’t need both. I just had a super visual component that I didn’t cover in the training that I know people need to see is all.

@Sofia Contreras for what it’s worth growing with the tech has worked best for me time and time again. I’m loud and tend to impact development. I’ve consistently been in the room with CEOs in active development and it has meant the features I want and need are prioritized. Also I love supporting the small guy. But I also get it.
Migrating to Skool from FB
Backstory: I have a large FB group of women in branding and I wanna move them here to a paid model. It’s been very difficult to serve, especially since I give so much, and I feel like the energy received on my end is no longer there. A couple days on Skool and I already love it. I know I can give more if my group is paid. Soooo…for those who’ve migrated a group here…got any tips for me?

@Eliisa Kuusela Sorry for the delay - yes and no. I opened my group - it's currently for paid members only. But I have not publicly promoted my group as a free group yet. I haven't quite decided how I will pull the trigger on it, but I have lots of ideas stewing.
