How often should i train?
i’m 15 and live in IL i have absolutely no idea how to train vertical wise and everyone says not to overwork my legs, so my question is if i already have practice like 3 days a week how often should i do jump-related workouts?

How can I train rotational power?
Wich exercises help to improve rotaitional power and wich muscels do I have to train for that?

it’s kind of different because it’s less of an actual muscle that does the whole function. Because of this the exercises will be different, i would highly recommend standing cable exercises that involve activating the rotator cuff along with: 1. Sledgehammer Slam. 1. Landmine Rotation. 2. Woodchopper. 3. Rotational Med Ball Throw. 4. Dumbbell Rotational Punches. 5. Landmine Press With Rotation 6. rotator cuff machine
