Burnout can be compared to neglecting the garden. If you overwork without rest, the soil becomes depleted, and the plants wither. Just as a gardener needs to take breaks, solopreneurs must cultivate self-care practices to replenish their energy. One thing is sure. Burnout is an awful effect of working too hard. And to make things worse it doesn’t bring anything good to the table when it comes to efficiency. That’s why I’ll show how I dealt with burning out. Warning: This may not work for everyone. Without further ado - let’s go. 1) Reason Like every problem, there is a reason. You need to find that reason. To illustrate things better let’s take for example a student. Students who try to get straight A’s are the ones who feel the most burnout (in my opinion). They think studying all day will do extremely well in school (such a lie). That leads to long hours of studying without even progress and in the end they are like a smartphone on low battery. The reasons here can be endless, but the main reason is trying to achieve A’s. 2) Focus 4h focus work is 100% more efficient than 8h work. People are programmed to think that by working longer to do more. But in reality, they do less. So make yourself a favor and develop insane focus and you will never feel a burnout. 3) Set goals With goals, your focus is narrowed. The more narrow your focus is the more you will achieve in less time. Here’s one crucial thing: I don’t talk about big goals. I talk about small goals, that with consistency will compound over time. So you can always stay on a track. The easiest way to do this is to be very pragmatic. The goals have to be things that need to get done tomorrow or in the week. That was my 3 step system on how to overcome burnout. Hope, it’ll work for you.

Thanks.
First Client
Guys you won't believe this, overwhelmed with the thoughts of what my first sales call would be. I ended up closing my very first CLIENT over a simple CHAT with no EFFORT, no EXPERIENCE, and no PORTFOLIO at all 🙅‍♀️ So Excited 😊
