When i open the message i can’t see the writings in braket. Can anyone help?

Got a dream client to discuss. I've agreed to manage his email marketing service, (this is my first client & I don't have a laptop, is it possible to handle his email marketing on the phone? Any tips brothers? How does this work? He gives me his email & I use it on MailChimp? I’ve decided to write 10 emails to him, should I ask for some dollars before starting the project? Any tips would be helpful.
