Max Monday
Another Monday comin' atcha! What are your thoughts and goals going into this new week? Were you able to get a good nights sleep to set yourself up for success today and leading into the week on a positive note? I know we have all agreed that we love Monday's in this group (still so stoked on how many people actually like Monday's like I do haha!) so, tell me - what are you doing first this this morning to ensure you get the most out of today? For my Max Monday - I have decided I am going to go live on this thing because I have been failing our max attempt at this plank. ONE person did it... how many can we get?! Whether all 32 of you show up or zero of you show up, I will be going live doing it today at 1pm. Who's with me?! MAX PLANK!! Remember - max Monday is all about doing something first thing today to get the absolute max benefit out of not only today, but for the rest of the week as well! Set yourself up for as much success as possible for the week! (and the max movement, but we all need to step up our game for this, including me) - so if you can't make it live with me, get it in and post your time or let us know it was at least done! PSA: In case you haven't seen it - I uploaded our first 'how to' guide into our classroom. This is all about creating a night routine. Over the last 6-8 months I have been creating my own personal routine and it is a game changer in every way. I end the day on a positive note and it helps me sleep and wake up feeling energized and having already knocked something off my task list from the previous day. Making me feel less overwhelmed about my 'shit to do list' and A LOT LESS anxiety and frustration by getting some of my house picked up and cleaned. --- A lot of people like to start with implementing a morning routine, but if you can start with creating a night routine that works for you, it helps you get in the right head space to lead into the morning routine. The night routine will help you sleep better by ending your day on a positive note, which should turn into waking up feeling a little more energized and ready to go for the morning. Once you create your perfect night routine, you won't want to go back...

Just A Thought Thursday
As I'm sitting here this 'cold' Thursday morning in FL(a whoppin 59 degrees)... I'm just thinking about how grateful I am to have 31 members in this group. My overall goal of this community is to continue to grow, while giving the most value to each and every one of you. I don't know if any of you have browsed Skool much, but if you look around, there are SO many different communities for everything you would ever want to learn or grow in. From fitness, to selling real estate to learning how to day trade and quite literally everything in between. I mentioned this last week asking you guys what you would like to see more of as our community is a bit sporadic right now and doesn't have one singular focus. This is where I am brainstorming every single day into what would make most sense for not only me leading this group, but for attracting like minded people who have similar end goals of becoming better overall. I have to niche down in order for this group to grow and make sense! That being said - I will keep each day to a theme for as long as it makes sense, but the new name of the community is "mindset 101" I have an entire "how to" section coming that I have been working on every single day that will help on various topics and situations that occur in every day life that will help create habits and new perspectives on different topics and I can't wait for this group to have 1000 people in it that all utilize this to make their days and lives better every single day! Anyways, I'm extra grateful for you all and for all who contribute and engage thus far, it's only getting better! ENJOY YOUR DAY!!

I appreciate you too, looking forward to everything to come and also as far as supportive goes I know this is a business venture and if there comes a time for membership cost/fees I know you said first 30 free but I believe your time and energy and effort is worth something so please let me know if we need to help get things going and growing in that market
Just A Thought Thursday
It's already Thursday guys! This week has flown by! For today, my thoughts are trying to get your guys' thoughts haha So, part of the genius behind Skool is the classroom section. (I'm not sure if anyone has browsed skool much) but 'classroom' is for the people that build communities to put anything into. Things like courses and anything you can learn or gain from. This is all free stuff for community members once they join. So far I have uploaded Bryleigh's Burners into that section. They are full bodyweight workouts that burn like hell... I am also going to be adding in my 6 week leg challenge that I have had a few people test out for me and they loved. An ab challenge will be uploaded etc.. This is part of the value that skool brings. I can load anything into there that I want. Workouts and short fitness programs are easy... The harder/fun stuff for me... is the mental side of things. As I'm creating all of this content, what would you guys like to see more of? (Think of why you joined this group and what expectations you have of it) My ideas to add and ultimately bring more people to the group: -Habit creator/tracker -how to unlearn a negative mindset -creating night/morning routines What do you guys think? What do you think you would use and benefit from the most? (not just my ideas above, but anything and everything you can think of!) Let me know! Share your thoughts please!

I think your motor and drive and positive mental attitude is what drew me to your content. I would like to know how your able to go go go all the time! I mean your doing events all the time, plus grid league plus training then baby birding us. Do you have a huge support team or are you just the most driven person on the planet, and if so how did you get there. I use your bracelet everyday still no lies, from folding laundry to riding my bike to work instead of driving, to going to the gym anytime I feel myself being lazy or not doing something productive I look at my wrist and think 'don't be a bitch' bro, don't put it off just do it.
Wisdom Wednesday
Happy Wisdom Wednesday everyone! I hope your week is off to a good start! For today’s wisdom comes from the one and only, Michael Jordan - “I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying” Why are we so scared of failing? Failure is a big part of life. It’s one of the things that helps us grow and learn the most. If we can think of failure as a learning tool, the actual fail doesn’t hurt quite as much. IF and WHEN you fail next, because you will, the best way out of the funk is to ask yourself “what can I learn from this?” from there, you can back track the process and make sure it is done differently the next time. The only real fail, is doing the same thing over and over again and not soaking in the learning experience part of that failure. Now the last half, not trying. This can stem from a lot of things so we won’t go too much into that, BUT the not trying is what will eventually lead to the ‘what ifs’ and the what if’s will lead to much more angst than the actual failure of trying. What is something you failed at and were able to learn from and came out better from that failure?!

Wisdom/knowledge/understanding the Triphecta is generally the focus of my meditations. I struggle with trying to work smarter not harder but am only half successful because I don't always understand how to choose the correct path or life hack so I don't understand how or when to apply then am not wise enough to always customize to my lifestyle needs and finally i get an understanding of what it looks like in my life or if I need to just drop. In this day in age with some much 'help' from everywhere I pray for wisdom and clarity and try to limit where and who I get/take instruction or information from. Gratefully for this group and your insights Coach B

@Bryleigh Hansen No, not always a correct path. I feel like there are just different destinations so knowing yourself and what you want and where you want to go helps with which path to take. Sometimes we say we want things but then make decisions or take paths that directly contradict what we say we want. I struggle with this because I sometimes ask myself why am I training so hard?I'm not competing in anything. I'm not trying to impress anyone so why do I push so hard and what is this gaining me? Luckily those thoughts are fleeting but they mess with my frequency. Long journey of self discovery which is actually my definition of the meaning of life.
Day 5 - Silent Sunday
Silent Sunday is exactly as it sounds. This is a tough for so many people, but SO helpful for creating better mindsets for yourself! I read something a while back and it was a study of a group of people and they were asked if they would rather sit alone with their thoughts for 15 minutes or get shocked. About half of them preferred the shock. Which one are you? That’s pretty crazy if you think about it. 15 minutes, people aren’t able to sit with themselves with no phones, tv or anything. They don’t like their own company :( The more comfortable you can get sitting with your thoughts and asking WHY you are thinking what you are thinking and asking if it’s a positive or negative thought, the better you will be able to navigate through the negative ones and find the positive. Common example… “I’m such a lazy ass, I didn’t make it to the gym today, now I’m fat and probably lost all my gains, I may as well just stop going now” —- The spiral of negative thoughts will go and go and go… I’ve seen this first hand with all of my fitness clients. The thought of missing the gym doesn’t end there at just missing the gym, it goes to body shaming and thinking they are lazy and everything they’ve worked for is gone etc.. Sitting with yourself for even TWO minutes simply asking yourself ‘why am I thinking this’ can help you, I promise. You may have missed the gym, but maybe you had a super productive day at work and gained some brownie points with your boss. Maybe you were able to get extra family time. Maybe you were able to knock a couple extra things off the task list. Don’t let the one negative turn into 15 more unnecessary thoughts that spiral you into thinking you suck. Because you don’t. It doesn’t have to be a ‘meditation’ as I know so many people are turned away from that word. Start small with 1 minute and think about something great that happened that day and if you can’t find something ‘great’ happened ask yourself how you can start shifting that thought into finding something because there is ALWAYS something positive that happened. It doesn't matter how small it is. The more you can find, the better your days will be.

I have alot of people around me that struggle with feeling the need to be productive as you describe. Learning to quite the mind is very hard for them but I think the amount of emotional and mental health it brings is super productive and worth it. I just wanted you to know you're not alone in that struggle but I believe in you
