Hands Go Numb When Squating
Hey Everyone, I am facing a problem that I need help with, When I go to the gym for my leg day I start with my free weights barbell squats first. I have 2 warms up 2-3 working sets 6-10 reps. When I ever I get to my 6th-8th rep my hands go numb and start tingling. I workout in the morning before sunrise and I make sure I get blood flowing through my hands but still for some reason my forearms starts going numb and my hands start tingling for no reason. I cant push as hard as I can because of this. Someone if you've faced the same problem in the past or know the solution to this, Please help a fella out. Take care

Hey! There are different reasons this could be happening, the most common ones I can think of are: 1. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ๏ปฟYour wrists are bending too much, when they should be straight. 2. Your bar is mainly supported by your arms. You want to use your upper back or rear delts to hold the bar for you. Not your arms. 3. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ๏ปฟmaybe you start with the bar in your upper back/rear delts, but it shifts to your arms during the rep 4. ๏ปฟ๏ปฟ๏ปฟYour grip is really close. Although itโ€™s a good thing to keep your grip tight, in your case it could be affecting your performance, so you could try opening a little bit. Try these points! Hopefully this can help you ๐Ÿ˜Ž
