Hey Everyone, I am facing a problem that I need help with, When I go to the gym for my leg day I start with my free weights barbell squats first. I have 2 warms up 2-3 working sets 6-10 reps. When I ever I get to my 6th-8th rep my hands go numb and start tingling. I workout in the morning before sunrise and I make sure I get blood flowing through my hands but still for some reason my forearms starts going numb and my hands start tingling for no reason. I cant push as hard as I can because of this. Someone if you've faced the same problem in the past or know the solution to this, Please help a fella out. Take care
