$54,841/month Community ➕ 999x Your YouTube Channel?
One important lesson I learned in the Skool games was that consistent growth requires a consistent high quality traffic source. If you're trying to win the games your growth has to be consistent day after day. And you only have 30 days to lock in your win, so focus is a must. The games force you to think about those daily tasks that can drive traffic to your community. For me, there was really only one lever I could pull to make that happen, YouTube. It's the only platform where when I put in more time on the video I know I get better results. My channel was growing before the Games, but everything changed for the better when I changed my YouTube strategy. And it's simple. - Make the best video on YouTube about that topic - Make a video ONLY you could think up and execute - Give away every detail and step (don't hide anything) I started spending 2-3 days on each video, instead of a few hours and my channel has grown 999x compared to the year before. I also personally make each YouTube thumbnail 1-2 hours. It changed everything for my channel, and frankly my business, and helped me get to #12 on the all time leaderboard for the Skool games. I don't do any channel research, keyword research, competitor analysis, none of it. I'm not saying that stuff doesn't work, I don't really know. But I do know what has been working for me. I just try and make the best video on YouTube. Take a look at the YouTube graph below. The first big spike is when Hormozi announced he was investing in Skool (this made all my existing Skool YT videos blow up!). The next big spike happened June 1st when I entered the Skool games and decided to give everything away on YouTube. I tell you this now because you could wait 1-2 years to do this like I did, or you can start right now and get there a WHOLE LOT FASTER. You don't need a YouTube strategist, you don't need "consistency", you just need to put in the energy to make a great video without fear that no one will hire you (they will).

This may be a little obsessive...buuut, this is what works in my neurotic 🧠. I obsess about the overarching prime objective. Then I do tons of research on how to get there with no real restriction or reservations on who I research or how they go about accomplishing the end aim. I dissect all means & group common variable & unique variables. Then I research those variable independently. I group the why & the how of each & if necessary go deeper as far as necessary until I understand somewhat the plethora of paths to the pinnacle of the peak I seek to summit. Then I select my soul on which paths make sense to me & align with my internal & external being. I pick the top 3 paths(usually the harder ones...I'm an idiot). I dissect all the macro actions I must take to accomplish my meta mission. Then I dissect all the micro means for macro objectives. Then I sadistically stare at the nano particles of the micro means. And I catalog the pico actions that help me navigate the nano particles, so I accomplish my micro means, that ensure I hit my macro objectives, that allow the highest probability of me accomplishing my meta mission. Then I forget about all the stress of trying to align everything I just researched & designed...& I do my best to perfectly execute the moment to moment pico actions. For instance...when I was selling $20K - $30K sofas... Instead of thinking of the prospecting, rejection, discovery procrss, the probability of losing the sale, all the commission thiefs, if I'll be able to pay the bills, or any of the millions of things that were possible & probable. All I did was smile & greet everyone I'd meet...& desire to help them as best I could, & offer them the help. Everything else took care of it self. I can't wait till I'm in my pico action phase of my current project. This research is driving me nuts! Lol...

I AM in the perfect position... I AM on the right path... I AM THE PERFECT PERSON TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM... Hahahahahaha...ok universe, I'm ready for the test.. 😲
💰 4 Vital Skills For A Successful (Long Term) Business
You can DM someone or make a video and get a new client, maybe 2, 3 or 4. But how do you build a long term successful business? It's going to take more than flashy marketing or a good sales pitch. You'll have to have a good product that works, so that people talk about you and rave about your products. And to do that you need a DEPTH of experience in all these KEY areas. Conceptual Thinking: This is how you help people break the molds and beliefs they have to see a bigger and better world. Or a better path. The "aha" moments" Creating Frameworks: This helps you teach people how to think once they believe, they are not ridged processes but ways of reducing complexity and cutting through the noise to arrive at a decision. Developing Strategy: This helps you give your clients leverage so when they put in the hard work—it'll have the biggest bang for the buck! BOOM! POW! We all face challenges—it's strategy that give you the upper hand in the marketplace even when you have less money or man power than the big guys in your industry. Tactical Execution: Once someone has new beliefs, knows how to think, and has a strategy. The next thing they want is that clear 1-2-3 step-by-step path to get the work done as quickly as possible. ------ If you don't have all four skills to deploy into your clients businesses, you risk leading your clients the wrong way. That's why you need to develop a deep understanding of your clients and the problems you solve. And you have to solve a lot of problems to do that. At some point it starts to become a gut feeling because you've lived and breathed it. Then articulating these things becomes second nature and you can do it in your sleep. And then and only then can you develop truly wonderful products. And build a long term successful business.

Thank you sir! I'm literally wrapping up with my administrative assets and I'll be launching my agency. Launch list after launch list I've been checking boxes and making more lists. Thank you for validating direction...its difficult to use other's frameworks when I'm 1/1... But guiding principles...they work for everyone. Thanks for sharing and leaving clues so I can find my way in the darkness!

Nice Dan! Are you married to fearlessly? I only ask because courageously essentially exudes the same energy...but with possibly a more positive context and cognitive load? Me personally being an idiot that is a habitual line crosser...from experience I know fear never leaves...and it really doesn't feel less...it's more the level of reward is perceived as being higher than the intensity of the immediate fear. Also...what I learned from being an idiot...fear is good. It's an alarm to make you aware of immediate amd possible threats or danger. When we don't have fear or mute it...we become ignorant to all the potential threats around us... Think a toddler running onto the interstate...or climbing a penthouse balcony. Fear would've saved their lives. Anyway...sorry for the rambling. This is just my opinion...live your life, do what you want...if you don't you'll regret it. Can't wait goes the videos! Cheee
