I've been coaching an under-18 girls' team for a year now. The team has good basic techniques, but unfortunately no good reaction speed at all. Do you have exercises to train the reaction speed in training? And maybe some small exercises to do at home that might help? Thanks for every top! πŸ™

Hello, I never played volleyball but I played a little in school, I think that my attack is not that bad but I do not trust my setting, what should I do to improve it?

I always tell my team to imagine their hands being a soft cereal bowl and the moment they touch the ball your hands become hard and form like a board to the sky or more like the direction you wanted to play the ball. Simon explained it really great, just want to give you another way to imagine how the form of your hands should be

Iβ€˜m from germany and Iβ€˜m playing volleyball for 8 years now, but never with special positions like libero or middle, … Iβ€˜m also a coach of a U18 girls team for 1.5 years now and Iβ€˜m still learning. Thatβ€˜s why Iβ€˜m here, Iβ€˜m looking for more great exercises for my team (and me, cause I want to jump higher too). Iβ€˜m looking forward to have nice discussions about your training methods and exercises! :)
