I‘m from germany and I‘m playing volleyball for 8 years now, but never with special positions like libero or middle, … I‘m also a coach of a U18 girls team for 1.5 years now and I‘m still learning. That‘s why I‘m here, I‘m looking for more great exercises for my team (and me, cause I want to jump higher too).
