I don’t think there’s anything specific to the holiday season that messes up my routine. (or lack thereof) I will say that I have struggled with social events since giving up alcohol, so I believe that’s going to continue, or increase, throughout the end of the year.
Ok we are more than halfway done… how’s everyone feeling??? I’m hitting the gym soon and I’m gonna knock out my 30. Today I’m going to try hammer curls to hit my muscle a little differently. 💪🏽
Kind of proud of myself. I had a rough workout on Saturday and couldn’t find it in me to go to the gym today, but I have gotten my curls in regardless. Small victories.
