Sending proposals on upwork but
Hi guys, I'm a web designer. I've sent 35 proposals on upwork so far. Got 5 views, one reply that turned into interview but didn't close. I wanna know what am I doing wrong? What is the average & good view rate for proposals? Also, what would you advise me? Turn up the volume & send atleast 100 proposals or tweak something right now to see some changes?

Arpit you wanna win right? Then don't ask this "I wanna know what am I doing wrong?" Until you send 1000 Proposals within 60 Days. It's hard right? So does Winning, If you wanna win, Pedal to the Metal

Hello Hello
I'm Geet, a webflow developer and web designer from India. I recently quit my full-time job like 20 days ago and going all in with freelancing and scaling my agency now. My current revenue for this month is around $1.2k and all this has been through referrals only. I want to take control of the leads and make a consistent sales pipeline that can be scaled. My goal is to have a reliable source of leads and a minimum of $2k MRR as retainers.

Quitting your full-time job, I can relate to that - You're doing really great, Just make sure It's all about sales when you're starting, Talking to more lead, Letting new and new people know what you do. 80% of the focus should be that.

Hi Everyone, I'm anshu 22 Yrs old from INDIA. I started my journey at age 16, Use to do lot's of affilate then move to drop shipping in 2018, In 2021 I started consulting and was later fortunate enough to move away from family to a completely new different city. My niche is - I want to work with creators and manage/Setup their community (Growth Operator) My current monthly revenue is $1,200. My goal is to make more than $5,000 a month (My reason is so I can afford better health for my family) This phase of me involves lot of market research and understanding the problem. I want to connect with lots of people on how they run their communities and everyday communication.
