Sending proposals on upwork but
Hi guys, I'm a web designer. I've sent 35 proposals on upwork so far. Got 5 views, one reply that turned into interview but didn't close. I wanna know what am I doing wrong? What is the average & good view rate for proposals?
Also, what would you advise me? Turn up the volume & send atleast 100 proposals or tweak something right now to see some changes?
