You should definitely see a physio ! You should also tell your coach about it !
How to handle dissappointment and drop in Times?
My nine yo daughter swims competitions since April 23. Now she had to experience her fast drops in times...quite much 13sec in 200Free...she is very sad and frustrated...how do you handle situations Like that? And do you give extra vitamins,... What about nutritions? She can't eat much during competitions but would need it...And I do suspect she hast iron deficiency, maybe have to check that...

Well I think that she is very little for vitamins and other stuff. Most of the times vitamins don't really help , eating fruits high in vitamins like oranges, bananas and vegetables like red peppers , spinach and beets are more effective. I think that supporting her when she is disappointed is the better thing to do , after all she is still just a kid with a lot to learn about swimming :)

was just wondering how i could fully maximise my 50 meter sprint freestyle to get under 30??

A fast and productive underwater will definitely get you under 30s.
