Is it weird that I love my cleaning Fridays 😝 don’t get me wrong if I could an afford a cleaner I would, but I haven’t worked a Friday for 15 years! Some Fridays I do a quick whizz round then go shopping or lunch with a friend (not food shopping, clothes 😍) Today I have done over 14000 steps just travelling round my house! Bathrooms cleaned, bedrooms tidy and hoovered, clothes put away, sides dusted and cleaned, all my floors downstairs swept, hoovered and mopped, cleaned my tumble dryer and my dishwasher, and 3 loads of washing done and on the line πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸ» Oh and I did a full body strength workout this morning, packed my son’s suitcase for his trip next week and midway popped out for dog food πŸ€¦πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ God I’ve made myself tired just writing this πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ Still, I’m already for the weekend!! Hope you lovely ladies have a good one 😍😍

It’s not weird!!! Taking care of our home is taking care of ourselves also, it’s an extension of us πŸ™ƒ and for me I pair it with a long shower and spa type skin care, wash my hair etc Usually Thursday night is my cleaning/home spa night πŸ₯°

If you were going on holiday would you pack your creatine? Or would you just face that it’s a holiday, give it a by and get back to it after? I don’t want to look like a drug smuggler going away πŸ™ˆπŸ™ˆ

Use the original package for the luggage. Will you workout while on holiday? What’s your plan nutrition wise?

Only at 2pm UK time today and already hit my steps. I have the wedding reception tonight that I have been banking calories for, but also increasing my steps for as well. I head away on holiday next week, so another reason to up my movement this week. So pleased with my step count so far this week ☺️☺️

How did you manage to do it?
Hunger pains
I went over my calories by 150 yesterday 😫 Came on my period in the morning, still managed a workout which put my back out then was in agony all day. I had my dinner but I was Sooo hungry! Literally belly rumbled all night, I kept drinking water even tried an apple which didn’t help. This morning I’ve woke and my belly is really rumbling!! What would you recommend as a low calorie high volume breakfast?

When I have my moons I usually crave more carbs so oatmeal with protein powder and fruits During the day I would eat vegetable high in fiber also (broccoli, green beans, peas etc) and lentils, legumes + lean protein
