1.stick to my calories this week or little lower (too much birthday cake last week!) 2. try to enjoy the hot weather while it lasts! 3.finish my workout programme in this heat!

Im not gonna make it today 😩 joeys football is finishing at 12.30 instead of 2 so I’ve got to go get him, see you next week 👍🏻
Less strength due to cycle
Wow that was tough this morning! I really had to use my mental strength to keep going! Day 19 of my cycle so going into the last week 😩 was so week, but I did it!

Seeing progress!!
A bit of background, I started joe wicks in January 2021, I had amazing results for the first 6 months, I lost 7kg and 5” off everywhere! In October 2021 I noticed the scales going back up when I hadn’t changed anything! They continued to go up! This was the start of the journey of me understanding peri menopause, Mar 2023 I started HRT, Amazing stuff! But still wasn’t seeing any progress and still gaining weight 😔. I tracked everything and couldn’t understand why I was still gaining weight! I also wasn’t seeing progress in the mirror or the measurements, however they never really changed which was good! Fast forward to May I joined the Sisterhood! Reading Emily’s content I’ve made small changes, I’ve added protein coffee and ensured more protein in my breakfast and lunch. Also increasing my NEAT. I’ve been following the 12 week plan, I’m absolutely amazed that I’ve started to see results so soon! An early thank you to Emily as I’d lost hope and was stuck in a circle on repeat. Onwards and upwards and can’t wait to see future results!! 💪🏻💪🏻
