Does anyone Struggle with the Gym?
Let me ask you a question Is anyone here going to BJJ and the Gym at the same time, and if so, how do you find your way around it? Do you struggle with it or find a way around it so good, you can gain muscle, and get better at BJJ at the same time?

I just do Bjj. I think it's embarrassing to walk around in GI at the gym. 😁

Rehab.
I'm working on my shoulder rehabilitation before the fall semester starts. But I have such bad self-discipline. Now the son-in-law will also start BJJ so I have to get started. Can't lose to him. Want the grandchild to know that grandpa is stronger than dad. 😁💪🤙
