Steve has a good video somewhere here where he talks about picking an ego song, or one that’s achievable , so you can complete it and feel like a guitar god, and a project song, a harder one you have to learn a little chunk at a time. That way you’re learning musicality and harder techniques at the same time. I think it’s really good advice . which basics exactly u struggling with

Hi friends. My name is Amy. I learned the guitar in high school to get out of sports. It’s funny that I ended up becoming a fitness instructor and gym manager. Life’s got its own plans for you apparently lol. It was rather gate keepy for women into rock music back when I was a teen and at some stage I just abandoned my passion for whatever reason/discouragement. I was bored during the lockdown and bought a guitar and have been dabbling a bit since then and remember a few things but need some structure to progress. I am mind blown by the generosity and helpfulness of people sharing all this info on the internet , how supportive everyone is . Yewww !

Let’s Play: Name that Movie - Rocker Quote
Thought this might be fun and at a minimum it will probably give me a list of movies to revisit. So name that movie based on a music reference in a a quote, line, or scene I’ll start with an easy one; The numbers all go to eleven. Look, right across the board, eleven, eleven, eleven and... Oh, I see. And most amps go up to ten? Exactly. Does that mean it's louder? Is it any louder? Well, it's one louder, isn't it? It's not ten 😝

I love this movie! The more times you watch it , the funnier it gets, as you hear all the one liners . (It’s such a fine line between stupid and clever)
