Hi all! Iβm Freddie, 41, I have hEDS and cEDS, partially ambulatory wheelchair user but losing the mobility in my hips and use my wheelchair 98% of the time with limited ability to walk which is decreasing rapidly. Iβm wanting to build up the muscle in my shoulders and my arms in a safe way that takes into account the fact my joints are prone to subluxation and dislocation so Iβm better able to self propel over longer periods of time. And maybe lose some of the belly fat along the way. But for now Iβll settle for building up those arm and shoulder muscles. I lead a pretty busy life, volunteering, writing, creating art, dog sittingβ¦ and I would like to ensure that I have the ability to keep it going.
