This is what I learnt when improving myself as a coach
First, I realised that the coach plays a huge part in a coaching business. My coaching business started growing way faster. More subs More discovery calls More money … Let me explain my realisation. After improving myself, buying courses, coaches… and spending countless of money and time improving speaking skills, techniques, charisma, etc. I leveled myself up, as an coach. I found out that my biggest constraint was not the funnel, or the quality of my YouTube videos, or more setters and sellers. It was myself. And now my question is.. When did you last, improve yourself as an coach, SERIOUSLY. Because I have realised that I’m not the only one, that is a “boring coach”, or at least was. Most coaches are boring. You get it right? Improve yourself as a coach, to skyrocket your coaching business.

Your current coaching business constraint is this:
99% overlook it because it's not what everyone is talking about and it doesn't have direct results. What do you think is missing, when you feel stuck in your business? Maybe you were thinking about your offer. Or maybe your funnel? Your marketing? Your sales? Appointment setters?? These are all related to the business, and I know you already know that everything is only as strong as its weakest link, so... No matter how much you improve your 'business', you will always be as weak as the weakest link. The weakest link is not the business. The weakest link is you. It's you as a coach. The coaching business model revolves around the coach, which means that the coach plays a central role in the vehicle. Let me ask you this. "When was the last time you specifically improved yourself to become a better coach?" You want to strengthen yourself as a coach, and THEN you AND your business will skyrocket. I hope this insight has helped you :) PS. If you have any questions or just want to connect, leave a comment below or send me a direct message and I'll do my best to help! Have a great day!

@Rico Perez thank you! think you can use it?
This technique boosted my viewer retention:
I’ll be straight to the point. After implementing this, my viewer retention significantly improved, getting my videos way more reach and more watch time. This is the technique: Speech variation. Varying with your speech has been scientifically proven to keep the receivers dopamine receptor stimulated. Here is a nice analogy to learn speech variation: The “4 vocal swords.” 1 - Tonality Your facial expressions, and the emotion you speak with. 2 - Volume How loud you’re speaking. 3 - Speed How fast you’re speaking. 4 - Pitch How light and deep your pitch is. Vary between these 4 swords and you will have perfected speech variation. Hope this helps!

What I have learned about improving yourself as an coach - Day 3
I’m taking serious action on learning about improving yourself as a coach. Speaking skills, communication strategies, analytical skills, charisma, personal branding… This will be a series of posts, where I teach you what I have learnt: The Investment Theory. “The more someone invests in you, the more they value you.” How do they invest in you? Money Time Emotionally Etc. Why? Because then they value you more, and they are willing to invest more into you. So how can you use this, as a coach? Slowly build up the investment level. They are not willing to buy your 999$ high ticket program yet, because they haven’t invested anything into you, yet. If they watch 100 of your YouTube videos Buy your MVO package for 99$ Get your coaching for 1 month Hop on calls with Follows you on all Social Medias Joins your free community Then they have already invested so much into you! Each of these are pretty small investments ( a part from watching 100 videos lol, but just 1 video, you get it right?) They all add up though, and now they value you a lot. Ask for them to subscribe after giving them value, instead of doing it after they just clicked. give, give give and then take. Hope that helps!

What I have learned about improving yourself as an coach - Day 2
I’m taking serious action on learning about improving yourself as a coach. Speaking skills, communication strategies, analytical skills, charisma, personal branding… This will be a series of posts, where I teach you what I have learnt: The correct way to approach someone you want to coach: Be 100% authentic when approaching. If you fake it, they will not fit with your coaching. Let them understand the context and purpose immediately. Imagine walking up to someone in a grocery store and start talking to them about life. They would be totally confused. Let them know how awesome you and your solutions are, and why they need you. Let them know, that you want to know if they would fit your solution. Set the frame of you wanting to get them as a client, and stick to that frame. The frame is how you see things, and therefore act. The frame for a business meeting would be very serious. You want to sell them. Act like it, don’t fake it. When they throw objections at you, you hold frame and keep moving forward. Most importantly: Hook them. Just like with content. You want to get their attention by hooking them. Talk about their interests. You will be playing battleships here. Shoot and hope for the best. Once you hit their fleet and they are hooked. Sell them. Hope this helps!
