Why most agency pitches suck (and how I closed $4M+ personally)
I've sold over $4M worth of agency services personally and consulted dozens of agencies and agency sales people Here are the three reasons most agency pitches fall flat: 1 - Poor Discovery Most agencies use ‘high ticket sales tactics’ that either focus far too heavily on emotions and/or pressure close Your prospects have been through dozens of sales calls and are both very aware & resistant to these tactics Discovery should be focused solely on problem-finding and information gathering 2 - Not Personalized Generic pitches feel, well, generic, and not as if they were made to specifically solve the problem of the prospect in front of you The key here is to make one pitch that addresses the problem while tying each of your 3 pillars back to what the prospect said during discovery so they think ‘wow, it’s like they made this just for me’ 3 - Too Complex Prospects do not care about the services you provide, they care about the one specific outcome you can drive for them Stop wasting time going through your ’services’ and focus on the process of what most people do wrong, how you solve it and what that means for them If you want to learn how to structure your pitch to close 1 out of 3 qualified prospects As well as the word-for-word pitch script I used to collect $4.2M in cash (personally) I'm hosting a live training Friday at 5PM CST inside my free group Use this link to join: Link Here See you soon, --Alex

I closed $4.2M in cash for my agency. Steal my 6-part sales process
Between 2021 and 2023 I closed and collected $4.2M in cash for my agency from sales calls. Here's my entire sales process so you can steal it and start closing more deals than your competition right now 👇 1) Problem & Solution Marketing - Problem & solution ads that push to an offer page where we explain how we solve it with a ton of proof - Gets qualified brands with the problem I solved to view us as an expert on solving that problem and reach out 2) Pre Call Nurture - Manual SMS from sales rep & automated emails with case studies - Warms up prospects prior to the call, starts to establish a relationship & gets 90% of them to show up 3) Logical Discovery - Pinpoint the exact logistical problems they’re having & provide small insights on how those might be solved - Shows that I’m focused on problem solving and have information that would be valuable to them 4) 3 Pillar Pitch + ROI Calculation - Tying a short and sweet pitch to the logical problems we discovered and using math to back up the claims - Keeps the conversation focused on what THEY can expect to achieve and grounds it in tangible data to paint a picture of what’s possible 5) Soft Close - Asking if this is the right SOLUTION for what they’re looking for - Makes it clear that regardless of any concerns/objections, what we do is exactly what they need to solve their problem 6) Audit Call - For those that weren’t ready to start, I booked in a second call that had a PURPOSE - going through their data and creating a plan to achieve the desired outcomes - This ensured they actually showed up to the call because there’s something in it for them other than just being pressured to sign a contract Hope this helps! --Alex

Did you know your agency will fall apart if you close too many deals?
That’s exactly what happened to me — I helped scale our agency to $5M by being incredibly good at getting new clients. It felt like such a rush — every day getting new clients through the door, collecting cash and growing our top line revenue. And for the first 2 years, there was nothing wrong with it — things were going great. We scaled past 100k/mo, 200k/m, 300k/m… But then, it all caught up with me. You see, I’d been told by every agency guru that the key to scaling was getting as many clients as possible, no matter how much they paid or how good I was at delivering the service they were paying for. And that lie is exactly what caused the ship to crash. We reached a point where we had so many clients we couldn’t manage it — Then client results started to nosedive, causing every new client we got to end up leaving us after a few months So I spent every day putting out fires and chasing new deals just trying to keep up Until we reached a point where we could no longer manage it and had to sell the agency just to get out from the monster we’d created. So if you’re watching this, and you have an agency — here’s my advice if you don’t want to run into the same problem You have to close deals and get new clients in order to grow But don’t buy the same lie I did that all clients and all deals are good Be selective. Only bring on clients you are certain you can deliver for. And don’t cut cheap deals just to get people through the door. This will make it more difficult for you to close deals in the short term But it is the only way your agency will be able to sustain and scale long term.

How I Landed My First 10K/m Client
I was absolutely terrified to pitch my first 10K/month offer… then they said yes. It was January 2022 and I was DROWNING in a sea of 3K-5K/mo clients. To everyone else, it looked like our agency was crushing it: Getting a new office, hiring employees, closing dozens of deals every month… But what they couldn’t see was that I was barely keeping my head above water. I bought the lie that ‘more clients is better’ When in reality, more clients was actually killing my agency. All these little clients were like hungry fish demanding all our time and energy. Our team was stretched thin. The margins were almost non-existent. I was tired, frustrated and unsure if it was even worth it to keep going. I knew something had to change. I wanted to close bigger deals and work with larger clients… Those that would allow me the time and financial freedom I started the agency for in the first place. But there was that voice in my head… “You’re not ready. You’re not good enough to land 5-figure/month deals.” After letting that voice control me for years, I decided to tell that voice something simple: Fuck. Off. I sat down and created an offer I believed would deliver massive value— Then spent my time going after Enterprise Clients who could both afford it and would be able to get that massive value. Was I nervous? Absolutely. Did I feel a bit like an imposter? You bet. But I realized — I’m already chasing clients and dealing with rejection anyway.. So why not do that with the big fish? One morning that January, I had a call with a brand that I would normally consider ‘out of our league’ But I went through the process I’d created… Made the offer… And they said yes. I couldn’t believe it. In an instant, all of the doubt and limiting beliefs I’d held were shattered. From that moment on, the 10K offer became our floor and allowed us to reach $171K in revenue by March. I’m not telling you this to brag — I’m saying this because if I can do it, you can too. You have value to offer. Enterprise Clients need the solution you offer.
