Event time increments ⌚🤯and guest list 🔍
Firstly, I love Skool. I have shifted my existing membership base slowly over from my current membership platform. My members love it. A few minor headaches though - one being that I could really do with those 15 minute increments. I've been running live fitness sessions with face to face people for years. 3 sessions, which I also stream via Zoom, have 6.15PM start times. I have seen previous comments of "just have your calls at .30 past the hour" - unfortunately I have 60 people who can't rearrange their diary because I want to set up a calendar event correctly - is this something which may be looked at? If it was just me I would understand but I have seen many similar comments. Also being able to see who has booked on to an event would be MASSIVELY helpful when running regular events, I plan ahead based on my attendees injuries and condition, if I don't know who is coming, I can't do this. Hopefully these may be considered for the future 😊

Good to see you embracing Skool! You won’t look back 👊🏻 hope you’re good buddy
Pizza and burgers diet
I've been coaching 1 on 1, online for a few years and decided to test out Skool to see if I could reach more folks and teach the basics on their own time. I've never coached this member of my group and she's down 10lbs. She just followed the course I created. If you lose weight from the pizza and burgers diet, just give me a shout out please 😆 Skool FTW 🚀

Checklist ✅ That Added $8k New MRR IN 14 Days 🙌🏻
In this post I’m gonna share with you some things that lead to us adding $8k in MRR in just 14 days. We made our first sale on the 3rd of April - pic attached was taken yesterday on the 17th. This puts us just shy of the top 10 in the current Skool Games 🙌🏻 My goal is this sparks some ideas for you. Before we get started I want to share something encouraging with you. I only have about 10k social media connections if you add up everything on all accounts. Not huge. And lots of people follow me in multiple places. So my following is less than 10k. So here’s a list of the top things I believe have made a difference and allowed us to sign up 27 people to this offer + 90% of it done in the DMS (no sales calls) 💎 No Brainer Offer This is where we started. We came up with the craziest offer we could and for a ridiculously fair price. Essentially making sure the price was less than the perceived value. We added an insane amount of resources, support, bonuses and courses to the offer to make it a no brainer to join. (Still adding haha) 💎 Compelling Pitch Once we had the offer - I then recorded the pitch with a document (screen share) and loom video that’s like 10+ mins long I re-recorded this like 5 x times over the course of about 7 days in an attempt to keep making it better. Refining and refining until I didn’t see how I could make it sound better. 💎 DMs Opener & Script I created all types of content to help start DM convos. Offering freebies & lead magnets etc. Once I got in the DMs & gave people the freebie / LM I transition into this exact script: “Whilst we are chatting here” “I can't promise this will apply to you” “But can I get your permission to make a crazy offer to help you build your online business” This seems to work really well and the response rate has been high. When people respond with a yes I’m sending over my offer recorded with loom. 💎 Follow Up If people don’t respond to the loom offer within a few days We’ve been following up with this script:

@Shade Ogou I started sending emails to an existing list a few days after launching the offer. I’ve been emailing them almost everyday since.

@Eric Ardito Thanks man
Almost 300 new members in 30 Days!
Quick update on how we've made changes in the last 7 days. With the new Facebook pixel tracking (thank you @Sam Ovens + team) we've now been able to remove our funnel/landing page + are now driving people straight to the About Page. We've also now added 2 new qualification questions on entry into our community: [First question] - Do you have your own Skool Community? This helps us gauge if a new member may need some help with setting up a new Skool community so that we can make sure get access to some bonus support & resources upon entry With the multiple choice options we added...this also help us filter out people who are not 'really' interested in Skool communities so we can do a better job of maintaining the membership quality [Second Question] -What is your best email address to get a copy of our "Skool Authority Lead Generator" PDF This is helping us grow our email list + provide our new members value upfront in a very seamless way. Really appreciate all these features + updates that are making it easy for all of us to do run a smooth business on Skool 💙

Why we decided to switch from Facebook to Skool !! (many reasons)
Facebook has been causing us (including our clients) many issues over the last few months. We've been getting soft blocked from adding new friends, limits on sending messages and my business partner got his FB account hacked and completely deleted (not fun dealing with that 😅) So we've decided to migrate more of our operation over to the Skool platform. We've currently got an active 1,700 group and previously built a 35,000+ group on Facebook too. Despite our current move, Facebook groups has helped us build 2 very profitable businesses, so I am grateful to Zucks for that 🙏 For those of you in the decision process of moving from Facebook groups to Skool groups or toying with which one makes most sense for you... I just recorded a short video with my honest take on Facebook vs Skool! I hope it helps you in your decision making process. Happy Skooling 💙 Video Link Quick Summary if you don't have time to watch the vid. Facebook: Pros: free, easy to start, people are already using platform. Cons: Algorithm based, ads everywhere, easily get blocked by FB for adding or messaging (so annoying), guides section not great for adding courses. Skool: Pros: No blocks, no ads, simple interface, courses so easy to build and look clean, engagement is higher, people actually see your content and posts, email notifications, gamification. Cons: It's not free + people will have to adopt and use a new platform (or they won't see you content)
