Anyone else tired of doing this ritual every time they join a community? - Never - Never - Don't notify me - Don't notify me - No - No I don't want to have to turn off all the notifications every time I join a new community lol. I start getting like 20 email updates per day and tons of like notifications and shit. Default setting would be nice so we don't have to do this over and over.

Would love triggers for churning members and cancelled members. Would be super useful for those using a CRM to manage contacts. Example use: Someone starts churning. Examples: - CRM moves member into winback email sequence - Send message to a slack channel so we can begin DMing for winback/churn reason. - Send task to task manager of choice to DM customer If someone customer cancels it would be good to remove them from the CRM as an active customer. Also remove them as a prospect for higher ticket or add a note to high ticket that they churned.
