Daily Prompt- Future Pacing 🌱>🌳
🧠 Diving Deeper: Future Pacing: Your Mental Time Machine Some of you may or may not remember the concept of future pacing. It certainly has a lot of hype around it these days in the world of "manifestation," so I am sure you are familiar with the concept in some sense. So what is Future Pacing all about? It's a powerful NLP technique where you mentally rehearse future events or behaviours, creating a vivid, multi-sensory experience in your mind. Think of it as a dress rehearsal for your brain! 💥 Why it benefits you? - Boosts confidence: When you've "been there, done that" in your mind, the real thing feels less daunting. - Improves performance: Your brain doesn't always distinguish between vivid imagination and reality, so this mental practice can enhance your actual performance. - Increases motivation: By experiencing future success now, you're more driven to make it happen. When to use it: - Before important presentations or meetings - While setting and working towards goals - When trying to establish new habits - To overcome fears or anxieties about future events 🤯 How to do it (quick and dirty guide): 1. Find a quiet spot and get comfy. 2. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. 3. Imagine your future scenario in vivid detail: What do you see? (The room, people's faces, etc.) What do you hear? (Applause, your confident voice, etc.) What do you feel? (Smooth podium, confidence in your chest, etc.) Any smells or tastes relevant to the scene? 4. "Watch" yourself performing perfectly, feeling confident and successful. 5. Bask in the positive emotions of your success. 💡 Expert tips to supercharge your Future Pacing: - Make it a daily practice. Like with anything, consistency is key. - Use all your senses to make it feel real. - Include positive self-talk in your visualisation. - Experiment with different perspectives (first-person vs. observer remember? if you need more clarity on this just comment below and I can clarify) - Anchor the positive feelings to a physical gesture you can use later.

CLAIM YOUR DREAM...
I just thought to share with you what I downloaded during my run... It just came to me.... ....Every creation starts with a single thought, an inspiration fueled by all - consuming curiosity. All masterpieces happened long before "seeing" the world. They existed in the mind of an inspired creator who recreated them as a mirror image, in time and space. This also means, your life today is merely a reflection of a blueprint you have created inside your subconscious mind. Your results are a natural outcome of what happened on a deep unconscious level. When these results finally manifested, they were only the exact replica of what existed in the inspired mind of the creator. Now you can either enjoy your masterpiece or be unhappy with it, but it doesn’t change the fact it is a masterpiece. Your whole life as it is today, is a masterpiece, even if you are not happy with it. You have dreamed it and made the exact correct decisions to design it. You have applied a strategy to achieve it, even if it was procrastination during the pivotal moments. You already have the deep blueprint for success, and you can apply it is hundreds of ways for different kinds of successes. Recognizing this, why not allow yourself to create a new dream? You are perfectly capable of creating memories of the future now and bring them to fruition here and now. You have zero control over your past. It no longer exists, except stored inside your imperfect memory. You are not a victim of your past. You have learned few things, some of which should be changed or upgraded. Your future is completely under your control, even if you don’t believe it. You can design it and inspire it with a decision it already exists. You can shape it on the quantum level, just by igniting your faith. This is also the secret of “geniuses”. Today is the future of yesterday. Tomorrow is the future of today. You can create it exactly as you want it because if you do not apply your creative thought to it, you will probably repeat what you have habituated. Your brain is always creating, and it’s a great idea to give it direction.

What is Your Life Vision...?
I am asking that question as everything we do, stems from that. All our results, relationships, and possibilities are encompassed by that... Mine is to inspire others to a higher level of awareness of one's potential and higher self through education, coaching, conversations and connecting... There is also a desire to leave legacy that outlives me and inspires, ignites a spark to keep the flame going... I also believe that the opportunity to inspire is always there and here, even in the seemingly insignificant situations. Please share your ideas here and reflections, as those can inspire someone to seek beyond the established "rules of engagement"...

Are You Hypnotizing Your Clients to Say "No"?
I want to start this reflective conversation with a bold statement - everything is hypnosis and our results are a direct reflection of how good a hypnotists we are... The moment you show up in front of a prospect, you’re directing their attention, creating impressions, and influencing their thoughts, whether you’re aware of it or not. From this moment on, every word you say, every gesture you make, every pause you take is a hypnotic induction. Your presence alone sets the tone for how they perceive you, your offer, and the value you bring. And here’s the deep truth, I realized quite a while ago when doing coaching and therapy work - if you’re unaware of this, you might be hypnotizing them to hesitate, doubt, or even to walk away. This is why great offers with great value often get rejected... You leave the meeting feeling flat, thinking you did absolutely everything to show them the great value - to no avail.... You must remember a time when you left a specific conversation where you thought you nailed it, only to hear “I’ll think about it” or “Let me get back to you”? That was THE exact result of the wrong hypnosis at work.... Remember, you are bringing into the equation your beliefs about yourself, about the client, about what's possible, your current emotional state, your values, your projections, and your techniques which take on a whole different meaning when infused with this "baggage"...and energy which is the quantum level of influence... The bottom line is, you’re already a hypnotist. Knowing that, all results are a function of the trance you are creating for your client (or anyone who is in front of you). You are being an experience for them, which shapes their experience.... When I realized that, I completely changed the lens through which I view relationships and sales (which is relationships in a particular context). Just by being present, we are influencing others. I discovered great questions to ask oneself before any sales or in any relationship:

I do think in the beginning of my sales Journey I did the same mistakes I didn't know what to say when I used to do cold calls to my prospect I just did cold calls that also means I was hypnotizing myself to failure not believing in the product service or even yourself It's just us hypnotizing yourself for failure. I do believe you need a groundbreaking belief in yourself and whatever endeavor you are in and just push through it until you win. No I can only imagine the subliminal subtle unconscious factors that are hypnotizing clients to say no. For example not having confidence right in front of a client, not believing in your product, not putting in 100% of your effort and more.
