What is the dream you want to make into a reality with your Skool community?

Hey everyone, I’ve had a community for almost about a month and I’m at 44 members, however it’s just been me posting in my community…people comment and message me on chat, but even when I do encourage others to make their own post about the topic of the post I made and have different categories, no one post….and I don’t want my group to just feel like another social media platform where I’m just broadcasting…it feels less like a “community” being that it’s only me posting. Any tips for this? How can I create a space for people to want to post or feel safe doing so? Any tips are welcome:)

Does it make sense to have paid content that some access while others are there for free? From my understanding you can do this? Have individuals pay to unlock courses in an otherwise free community. I'm considering this to keep one community but different subscription levels. Same goes with access to coaching calls as well. Am I thinking about this wrong?
