Iā€™ve been selling stuff since I was 7ā€”everything from products to services. Sales is my thing. Itā€™s the single most valuable skill you can have. It works in business, it works in life, it even works in relationships. So when i started SMMA, itā€™s the first thing I set out to master even further. Soā€¦ Hereā€™s 4 things that help win every sale -; 1. Sales Is Seduction, Not a Rape Sales isnā€™t about forcing things, itā€™s about having power to make people want what you want them to do. if someone is wearing a coat in the room, Instead of telling them to take it off, just turn up the heat. Make it feel like it was their idea all along. 2. Donā€™t Answer Questions Hereā€™s the trick: whoeverā€™s asking the questions is in control. If they ask you a question, donā€™t just give a plain answer. Ask them something right back. If they ask, ā€œWhat results can I expect?ā€ you can say, ā€œWhat results are you aiming for?ā€ It keeps you in the driverā€™s seat, so youā€™re steering the conversation. 3. Listen More, Talk Less Youā€™d think sales is all about talking, right? Wrong. Itā€™s about listeningā€”really listening. Theyā€™re your best source of information. Who are they? What do they want? How do they like things? The more you listen, more ammo you have to attack. 4. Whoever Cares More, Wins The Sale People can smell your intentions from a mile away. If youā€™re struggling to close, it might be because you donā€™t believe in what youā€™re selling. If your only OBJECTIVE is to help them, Youā€™ll sound so trustworthy, theyā€™ll want to work with you. Donā€™t wait. Fix it now.ā€ 2. The Sales Call: Stop Losing Deals - Pre-Call Prep: - Review their Typeform answers. Know their problems before the call. - Call Framework: - Step 1: Rapport (5 mins)ā€”break the ice, connect. - Step 2: Discovery (10-15 mins)ā€”ask about goals, pain points, and roadblocks. - Step 3: Pitch (10 mins)ā€”tie their problem to your solution. - Step 4: Close (5 mins)ā€”ask for the sale.
