How to prevent overtraining?
Hello, Often times when I train, I overdo it and get all sorts of issues, I have a high pain tolerance and just can't figure out how to make the most of my training. For example, I train 3-4 hours a day, 1 hour 30 mins in the morning and 2-3 hours in the afternoon/evening My training includes a cardio, weights, pad work/nunchucks/punching bag, calisthenics and core workouts. I take 1-2 active rest days a week (no training but still getting house work done, going for a walk, maybe a hike or a light jog/swim) How many rest days should I have? What's a good way to recover fast? How do I take it easy? As an actor I have to maintain my physique and overworking takes a toll on my body and mind. But yeah, I've been really annoyed from slow recovery and over training and cant seem to figure out how to fix it. Thank you 🙇🏻♂️
