love my blue light glasses but I often forget to wear contacts on longer computer work days, and I can't handle both pairs on my face lol

Aloha, I'm Adele in Hawai'i, and I'm a Neuro specialist massage therapist. I've brought myself through healing from heavy nervous system damage and I share that with my clients and students.
