@Meredith Barrington it’s mostly about insecurity in my body shape leading to imperfect alignment. AND worrying about the instructor’s safety if they would be able to help me get up if I loose my balance( cervical issues + weak core)

@Meredith Barrington I love gliding and just looking around in the pool underneath water while holding my breath and watching beautiful lights and bubbles in lazy river at my community pool 🤦🏻‍♀️

Brillant idea ! My issue is that although I am comfortable in front glide but panic in backfloat unless it is near the pool ridge where my hands are constantly touching something solid. Secondly, in flutter kicking sideways I would come to a halt very soon even and won’t be able to take deep breath in either… please HELP 🙏
Holà !
Hey guys I’m brand new here and too excited! I’m here after watching Jeff’s fun videos. My other introduction would be " the only non swimmer(ie Panicking) member in my swimmer family ". I got caught up in a rip tide at the age of 6 and saw crashing surfing wave from underneath. The incident was surreal. I overcame it. But then with multiple health issues I lost confidence in my body to balance anywhere. I don’t trust anyone in water because I might become a serious risk for them. 😔
