Team, I’m looking for opinions on how everyone is compensating their acquisition and disposition agents on deals that are purchased / sold with seller financing. If I buy a deal with seller finance or sell with owner finance but the profits are realized over the term of the note, with a small downpayment collected upfront, how do you pay your team members? Any and all ideas welcomed. 🙏🏼

I had someone DM me last week after our webinar and ask what is one piece of advice I would give someone who is just starting out but is struggling to stay motivated. For what its worth I thought it would be valuable to share my response here to the Squad. You are not going to be motivated every day, Motivation comes and goes in waves.What you need to focus on is discipline, it will take you farther than motivation ever will. Part of the struggle is getting to focused on where you want to be 5 years, 1 year or 1 month from now. Just focus on the next 24 hours that are in front of you. Do everything you can with the time you have in that 24 hours to get closer to your goal. Know your top money making activities (highest dollar per hour activities) and just hit that target. Do it again the next day, then the next. The compound effect of simply "winning your day" will change your life. Go win your day.
