Peak physique + stretching
Hello to everyone! I want a peak physique but i have some stifness in my hamstrings. So i combine some principles of the class here and stretching! As of stretching i do nerve slides, i stretch my feet a little, my gastroknemius etc (pnf and passive), my glutes, my hip rotators and my hip flexors. Is there something that i can add in this routine ? Any advice will be highly appreciated!
