No Show ups
Hello everyone So I'm booking around 10-12 appointments a week for my dental client for dental implants. And on average 20-30% only show up, I'm implementing all tactics yet no shows are still high. I call the leads and send reminders. The only thing that is left for me to do is asking the doctor to record videos welcoming the patients. what other tips do you guys have?

Think about why you would not show up to a sales call. Either because you genuinely forgot or you don't see the value of going on the call. Solve for those issues and it should improve. Make them excited and feel like they will literally miss out by not jumping on a call with you. remember... your not doing charity. You can possibly help their business. It's your duty to make sure they get on the call. It's your RESPONSIBILITY. IF... You really think you could help them. You can't fake until you make that. hope that helps.

@Uncle Jimmy Mitchell I think you should change the title to something like "The RIGHT way to hire A+ players for your smma" since this is the main reason why we want to be great leaders. The result is we attract the best talent.

Fear of being good at everything and great at nothing.
This one is mainly for @Uncle Jimmy Mitchell or anyone who has gotten past this stage in business. So... I am at a point now where I feel like I have a general knowledge of the things i need to know in business but i feel like because I do everything in it, I am not GREAT at anything when it comes to the business. Which i feel is a huge bottleneck. Mainly I am ok at designing I am decent at copywriting I am ok at media buying I am ok at landing pages I am ok at maging budget and finances. I think you get the point. But what if I hired someone who was GREAT at designing GREAT at copywriting GREAT at media buying GREAT at landing pages... You can't be qb, running back, safety, lineman, punter... and go to the superbowl right? Business is more like basketball and football than it is tennis. The question I am getting to is as a business owner, to grow the business, do I need to be ok at doing the skills needed in the business and hire people who are GREAT? When is the point to do so?

Here's the math: 149 Leads 28.3% ABR 66% SUR 68.42% SCR Avg. ticket $2500 ^^Lots of the ROI comes down to client's ability to close.
