Schedule Success Like a BOSS
It’s Monday. Which means yesterday, I planned out my entire week in my calendar. Down to the hour. Almost every hour is accounted for. And the hours that are not accounted for, I leave open for spontaneous calls I may need take throughout the week. The reason I tell you this is because I want YOU GUYS to time block your calendar as well. You have: - fitness goals - prayer goals - girlfriend/wifey goals - money goals Not to mention your obligations to the parish and friends and family. If you do not take time before the week starts to put into your calendar the next steps for your goals, you’ll end up forgetting them. ✅ Block out time for the gym ✅ Block out time for Mass ✅ Block out time to read ✅ Block out time to meal prep ✅ Block out time to post your wins in Skool (most important) Overall, an empty calendar breeds complacency. So time block 😎

Welcome Mathias!!! I'm pretty rusty at BJJ, maybe you can show me some moves 😎 Love to see it bro 💪
Introduction!
Hello everybody! I'm Jeremy! I am a Catholic convert, math major, in Army ROTC, and I live in a Saint Paul's Outreach (SPO) Catholic men's household. Recently I started praying the Liturgy of the Hours, and I would like to keep myself accountable this winter break in regimented prayer and working out. I have a strong desire to be spiritually and physically strong for my future wife because that is what she deserves.

Advice: Favorite Prayers?
What’s up guys! I was in Mass the other day and I realized that I don’t know too many prayers besides the basics. - Rosary prayers. - The prayers at Mass. - Act of Contrition. But that’s about it 😕 What are some of your favorite prayers? Let me know in the comments, I’d love to learn some more 🙏 and I’m sure the other guys would benefit as well!
