Holy guacamole lol! So I went to see only 2 properties yesterday after I got pre-approved for a loan, liked one in a cool area located 10 minutes from the beach, and submitted an offer. At first the seller was like nah this is low. Then they thought about it, and accepted the offer!

I’m trying to wholesale it: Apprased in 2019 for 1,200,000. Located 7 miles from Downtown Athens, Ga 2 story building 7,000 sq. 3 offices, 2 apartments upstairs. 2 separate offices downstairs. 1800 sq ft on one side of the building 1300 sq ft on the other side Apartments are 900 sq ft each.
