Business Update & Goals
With a little guidance from @Isaac Wiesenthal I've completely overhauled my landing page to streamline offers and messaging. link is https://www.jakeobrienfitness.com/ if anyone else would like to review. I also completely stripped back the entire back-end built-in meal plan generating system, as it was producing unrealistic recipes for my clients to follow. This was a huge job, but I'm really proud of how it's functioning now. Next steps for me: - Getting a smaller group to "pilot" FOC so I can get some more honest feedback and results/social proof which is something im lacking due to only launching recently. (If anyone here is interested you may of course be part of that group. I will have this created shortly.) - Nailing paid marketing - through better ad copy - committing to the best channels & target groups - Letting go of self-limiting beliefs holding me back from putting myself out there on social media. I aim to secure: - 10 new clients on a 6-week pilot - 20 new clients on my low-ticket option - 5 new clients on my higher ticket option Archive this by - Post at least 3 x lead-generating posts on social media - Exposure through pilot clients - Running successful low-budget ads - Applying Isacs tips

October Goals Accountability
Ok team, so we didn't quite hit all of our goals... I dont want to make excuses I should have worked harder and/or more efficient to do so, but im going to post the results below to keep me accountable and make my next months goals reflected on that. - $1,000,000 in signed landscape contracts > I signed $769,454 in October, this is a short fall of over 230k which is not good.. I did learn one good lesson here though, I can hit this goal by adjusting a few systems to get more proposals out but, I truly dont have the infrastructure to handle this much work at the current moment, there is a bottleneck on Service Delivery, so this is a main focus on this months goal so I can sustain this coming into the new year. - m2 price sheet estimating spreadsheet built out > This has been completed & has completly changed the way we send our proposals to customers. The average Quote processing time for September (prior to implementing these sheets) was 2.5 hours on average to complete a quote, now its 1.2 hours! This can essentially double our amount of proposals out to customers 🔥 - 10% net profit on constructed projects > Due to all of our projects being over a month timeline we cannot see these results until project completion which is estimated December - 30 Venture Hub members > This is defiantly an area I neglected lately, no excuses I will focus on improving this moving forward. - Hit 90kg weight > We hit this on the day! 💪

Humility & Accountability is key
Alright, short and sweet - Last month I fell short of my goals by a few hundred dollars. Instead of making myself feel better and saying its okay 'i almost got there'... almost isn't enough. However the positive from this means I need to set an even bigger goal this month. As much as we all like to think otherwise, we all perform better under pressure. So, time to bump up the PSI for November. Next post will be about my goals to the moon. Time to get back to work.

7 day goal achieved
Exactly 7 days ago I posted in the chat that I was after my Law firm to integrate/associate my company with. I’m happy to say as of yesterday we acquired said Law firm (another Multi-billion dollar firm) to the team, and they have allowed us “flexibility of billing’s” or deferred fees whichever you choose. Within the interview I had 2x partners on the meeting that I was pitching. They do this to intimidate/bullshit detect your synergy. I handled them well, and reinitialised the meeting in my favour and making it as if I’m interviewing them. I stated: - what our business is/how we are going to do it/differentiate. - What we are looking for form the firms we are interviewing: i.e; a team that can take us to the next level of growth// match our passion and mission// and be flexible on billing’s. all firms you speak to have templates they follow. They all fucking do, so don’t be hesitant to fire back and call them for their bullshit if they say no. They did for me, but I’ve heard it before and leveraged my previous accounting firm being flexible. This handled the objection of “it’s hard to get deferred fees approved”.
