I rebranded (what to expect)
As you can probably see from the name of this community, I have rebranded. And I am super excited for what is to come! In the past few weeks I felt I was: - I felt I was stuck in my ways when the market was moving - Not resonating with my current offers anymore - Not innovating and learning new things - I was giving the minimum viable What changes for you: 1) I will create more content 2) Give you more resources 3) Will still get LinkedIn content 4) Will get more AI and automation tips 5) Present you a crazy offer on Wednesday (The offer will be available only to 5 people) I have no idea what my new program will exactly look like. And right now I do not have all the information I need. Nor the know-how. I am pretty scared. And all of that is perfect! I feel that this is exactly what my intuition is telling me to do. I know that all I need will come to me exactly at the right time. And I am ready to put the work in! P.S. I will make you an offer on Wednesday which will only be available to 5 people! I will make the offer here first and then on all of my other channels.

@Stefano Curcio, actually it is a subject I have great interest in. I know how I want to use AI, but automating processes is something I am still struggling with. Sooooooo, bring it on!
What to do after they raise their hand for gated content
Whatsup to this great community!? I've been working on making my lead magnet as convincing as possible and sent out my first 100 messages on Octopus CRM. I've gotten a 6 percent initial response rate from it from 100 cold outreach messages with strangers. No follow-ups were required (ex did you get my message?) Here is the message I sent. "Thanks again for the connection - I appreciate it (name). I thought it would make sense to drop in to say hi. I help Health and Wellness operators build and scale. It's great to be connected and I like what I'm seeing there at (their business name)" "I just put together a Report on simple Client Acquisition Strategy for similar businesses. It could be extremely helpful... Felt crazy not to share it. Are you the right person to send it to? It would be great to have your thoughts given your experience as a (their position). Let me know and I'll send it over ASAP! I hope we get the chance to chat more!" Cheers, David So guys and gals; I'm openly sharing my lead-magnet document attached so you can check out. Inside the lead magnet, I offer a complimentary website audit. From the 6 who responded, it gets positive responses about the content and some conversation but hasn't generated any requests for website audits which is the next step I'd like to take here. So any possible feedback would be cool. ie. - What could be changed about the lead magnet to make it more effective in generating website audit requests? I got hand-raisers for the Report but not for the Website audit - What should I say about the website audit to make them ask for it? - General advice?

Hello @David Mauntz, One small formatting suggestion for your PDF: Your Marketing Cheatsheet Questionnaire : • Does your website come up for the most important keywords e.g. "your city gym", "your city physical therapist", "your city dentist", "your city teeth whitening", and other similar keywords? Perhaps put the "your city" part in italics to differentiate it from the other text? I know it is very trivial, but I think it might help when people are skimming through it.

Alex just made his biggest investment to date on this platform. Skool is a great lead conversion funnel. Time to look into this? P.S. I am offering free support to anyone who is planning to create their own community on Skool, just comment “skool”.

Scripts and frameworks can be so helpful when talking to clients. Gentle reminders to keep things headed in the right direction. Kind of makes me wish I still had a copy of my "rebuttal book" from way back in the day. It did have some gems in it. Good reminders of the psychology of sales. But these are different times, different prospects and hopefully an all around more elegant way of doing things.

I am very interested in how teaching/coaching intersects with entrepreneurship. Tools and strategies to scale my business are a top priority.
