Bonus Module tonight!
Hey team! Happy Sunday morning! We finished a bonus module that we are releasing on YouTube tonight at 6 PM. I think it’s a very very important concept which will help a lot of people. I know it has helped me tremendously. https://youtu.be/MSHD-5PMNZ0?si=EpYGVKlwV33guZbg I hope that link works, but I will send out another message later this evening or tomorrow, so everyone can watch it! Excited about the next sprint and very glad that many of you are going to join us again in mid July! Thx Greg

Berberine vs Ozempic
Finally got Berberine! But in talking to the pharmacist, I was informed that it is also called "Nature's Ozempic" which many people are on for diabetes and or weight loss. You should not take Berberine if you are on Ozempic. Check with your doctor before trying some of the supplements just to be safe!! I'm going to check with my doc next week to see if I can use Berberine instead of the very expensive Ozempic.

Berberine is a natural supplement known for its ability to help manage blood sugar levels, often used in traditional medicine. Ozempic, on the other hand, is a prescription medication (a GLP-1 receptor agonist) used to improve blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes and can aid in weight loss. They are completely different and you might want to talk to your doctor to see if you can take both of them together, I have never heard that before. My role of thumb is always always start with something natural and see how your body responds to it
Ending survey questionnaire to get your T-shirt!
Hey guys, we have a bunch of responses from the community regarding the ending survey so thank you! Some people have not received the email so not sure what happened, but here is the ending survey. If you could go ahead and fill this out, we will get your T-shirt shipped out to you next week! Also, Tony is on vacation this week, and I am traveling a lot over the next 10 days, but we are looking to ramp up near the beginning of July for this next sprint so excited to have you all on board and participating as veterans! https://realeflow2.typeform.com/to/izmeMdTs

Do you mean gastrointestinal mapping? What do you mean when you say your G.I. mapping one of the things discussed? Go ahead and be a little bit more details than I can give you some feedback thanks.
Up early
Went to bed at midnight and my internal clock still had me get up at 5:30….. any suggestions for forcing myself to sleep in to get my eight hours of sleep?

It’s easier for me to just go to bed on time the next night than to try and sleep in and catch up so to speak.
