Are you setting boundaries around your work time?
For me I used to not. I would stay up late as fuck working, till 1, 2 even 3am However all this did for me, was that I'd end up waking up really late the next morning, barely getting anything done thru the day And procrastinating that work until it was nighttime. However since I've set a boundary to my worktime each day, it's actually INCREASED my productivity and focus. Since I'm limited to a set time I can work therefore making me work HARDER in that time. What about for you? Do you like to set a set limit for your work each day? Or do you just work as much as possible?

I lost my hollow cheeks overnight
2 months ago I went on a crazy diet and became lean. After this period I ate everything-noodles,candies,chocolate, but I was becoming even leaner with time, since my calories never exceeded 2000. My hair was growing out and together with my leaner face I looked kind of like a pretty boy, although I wasn't weak, I was jacked too. Up untill this point I was eating a lot of carbs, sugar and salt and my sleep schedule was absolutely recked, but if anything I was becoming leaner. Two days ago I ate 3 steaks and bought chips, together they were less than 2000 calories, but when I woke up yesterday my hollow cheeks were almost gone and my face looked bloated (that's the first photo). I thought that maybe it's not because of the carbs, I was eating a lot of carbs regardless, maybe it's because of the salt content. So yesterday I drank a lot of water and decided to go on another low carb, no sodium diet for at least another month. I ate only meat, eggs and couple of mandarins.I slept 12 hours today, but when I woke up my hollow cheeks were completely gone this time. If anything it shouldn't have become worse. Is it because of the water consumption? I mean my body hasn't gotten rid of all the carbs in my body (I think this would take a week), so maybe the 3L of water I was drinking was being absorbed by these carbs. I remember months ago when I used to go to the club with my friend, I was drinking a lot of alcohol and every night that I was coming home my face looked extremely lean, maybe because alcohol dehydrates you, maybe it's because of that, I don't know. So if I go on keto or carnivore drinking 4L of water will not be a problem, but will I always become bloated the moment I ate carbs + drinking a lot of water? I remember this past 2 months I was always going to pee, it was so irritating. But the last 2 days it just went away Both of the first images are from yesterday. The second is after I worked out and sweated, it seems to have made my face a little bit leaner, but today for some reason I'm even more bloated, that's the third image, I took it the moment I woke up from bed. I have 6 abs, but getting lean in the face is the hardest.

Hello, my name is Yanko
I live in Montana, Bulgaria. I'm 20 years old. My dream outcome is for my YouTube channel to be profitable and for my products to sell. Currently I'm working on T-shirts desings, I'm going to write a book, and I hope to find programmers to make a video game in couple of years. This is all in the same ,,History" niche. I want to get these 3 things from the community: Business Advice Advice with women Looksmaxxing (I'm insecure about my looks, specifically my profile) My biggest struggles are: Procrastination and hard work Depression,Loneliness and lack of enjoyment in life Social Anxiety and low self esteem The first GIF is me now at 20. The second is me at my prom at 18, and the 3rd is when I worked in construction at 19

@Felix Urbanek fine. I have weights at home. One problem is that if I do heavy exercises my back starts hurting and I start having problems with my Kidney. Like shoulder exercises or jumping with weights, but it's not a big deal. Overall I don't have problems with muscle building, as I can get fat or strong very fast. But I do care a lot about my height. I'm only 1.72, I watched so many videos on the topic and came up with my own plan and exercises that could potentially increase my height, if they do in a year Im going to share them.
University is actually NOT bad?
In this Self-Improvement space, most of us are pushed towards not going to uni and instead pursuing a life path on our own like online business. But hear me out, If a university fills the following criteria, then it's actually a pretty good option to pursue: 1. Nearby/Accessible for you without too much transport or living cost. 2. Fees is affordable (unlike some American universities) 3. *YOU DON'T HAVE TO TAKE DEBT TO STUDY* 4. You think you'll enjoy it/ learn a lot. 5. And of-course it's mandatory if you want to pursue a profession that requires it. 6. [Optional] Helps in networking you with higher level/IQ individuals (if it's a good uni like ivy league, or like government colleges in my country) Don't treat is as a "Back-up Option", treat it as a playground for you to learn and grow. Interact with people, develop your social skills. It's really underrated in this space Comment some topics you'd like a post on <3 div

I started a business, but I'm planning to go to college next year still. There's just no people to meet in my city, everyone is getting out of it, everyone knows everyone and let's just say that I don't have a great reputation. My friend is at college and he was anti-social like me as well, but he told me how many people he met and he even slept with some girl there. As a 20yo, 21 next year, I will go for the experience of meeting people and being in a different city. I just don't find enjoyment in becoming successful at 30 and then starting my dating life and women that I would be dating will be adults who slept with other men around. I want to meet an inexperienced teen like me and have memories from my twenties.
