Licensing Agent VS. Real Estate Agent
Travis just shared how he’s licensing PSM in Germany. @Eric Bakey asked a great question in the comments, in which Travis replied a great answer, which inspired me to ask AI to list some fun advantages of licensing vs real estate. Here’s what it gave me… A heads up, I sense its bias in the answers and in no way did I prompt it that way 😆 Ok, maybe a just a tad. No offense meant to any RE agents in the group. 1. Infinite inventory - It's like having a magic Xerox machine for houses! You can rent out the same digital property multiple times. 2. No physical maintenance required - No more cleaning up messes or fixing broken stuff. These houses exist in digi land! 3. Higher commissions - You get a bigger slice of the money pie. Typically 30-50% of royalties vs. 5-6% on property sales. 4. Global reach - Not limited to local area. It's like having a teleporter that zaps you anywhere in the world to make awesome deals! 5. Lower barrier to entry - No licensing exams or courses required. You just need to be good at striking up conversations and making deals, like trading baseball or pokemon cards. 6. Easier scalability - You can handle tons of deals without getting super tired. 7. Greater passive income potential - Money keeps coming in even when you're sleeping or playing video games. Royalties can continue for years with little additional work. Make money while you sleep, just like those late-night infomercials promised. 8. Flexibility - You can work from the beach or your treehouse if you want to. Ditch the cubicle farm. 9. No need for large upfront investments - You don't need to break your piggy bank to start. Your brain is your best tool! 10. Opportunity to work with diverse types of intellectual property - You get to play with all sorts of cool ideas, like a treasure chest full of different toys. 11. Potential to create your own IP in the process - Sometimes you might even invent your own cool stuff while working. It's like building with LEGO!

Appreciate the shoutout! Travis is fantastic at making complex concepts easier for a dummy like me to execute
Just signed a licensing deal in Germany:-)
I’m just a boy from Arkansas. It pleases me to no end that Phoneless Sales Machine will be taught in German speaking countries! I’ve sold my stuff to over 78+ different countries over the last 20 years…much due to licensing mojo. It’s never cost me a penny out of my pocket. The recurring royalties and reach is more than I could’ve ever imagined. If you’ve got something that changes lives in some way, large or small, and want to impact the world, but don’t have a huge advertising budget… 👉 Package up your brilliance. 👉 Find a licensee and let them rent it for royalties. (Where do you find them? TIP: My German licensee is a customer. Your past customers are the easiest deals to make.) 👉 Don’t do an exclusive agreement until you’ve got a few deals under your belt. Non-exclusive is super safe. 👉 Base your royalty percentage off how much help and support you want/need to give them to get rolling. I only do deals where I don’t need to do much support at all…so I usually do deals between 10% to 25% of gross sales. 👉 Repeat until rich and you’re known all over the world 😆 Thank you for letting me celebrate with you! Questions? Rooting for Ya, Travis

Sehr Gut! Have you broken down how to be a licensing agent for others before (in detail)? Say I LOVE a program, and I believe the author/creator should have his customers providing "certified services" beyond just selling as an affiliate -- where I package up their genius (+ marketing IP) and manage the licensees FOR them. Is this just as simple as getting an "Master Services" agreement with the original creator then selling "Sub Leases" where I'd support them? Couldn't this be tested cheap & easy like any other BEAMER deal to validate demand and getting control of an existing audience you don't own?

Money Don't Give a Shit💩
When someone says “I’m not good enough to make more money.” Silently or out loud… I know they don’t deeply understand the mechanics of money. This is like someone saying, “I’m not good enough to walk 50 miles in under an hour.” Of course, they’re not. But there are planes, trains, automobiles and Uber! A Prius don’t give a shit if you’re “good enough”…but it will whisk you away at 70 MPH or faster. Money don’t give a shit either. Idiots… ex-convicts…and crazy folk have made more money than they dreamed. It’s tools. It’s mechanical leverage. Its inputs and outputs. Idiots that leverage an Uber app will get where they want. Idiots that leverage the massive amount of distribution available will make more money than they thought possible. Idiots that leverage tools like IP and licensing + distribution end up Kings and Queens in this digital and Information Age. Lack of confidence, low self-esteem and being “good enough” isn’t the problemo. If someone is left behind it’s only because they cling to doing it themself or the old horse and buggy when others are hopping on a plane. Genius or idiot! Money don’t give a shit. Leverage, not the Law of Attraction, is the answer. Rooting for Ya Rockstar, Travis PS FUNWORK: What is one way you could get/increase YOUR leverage today?

NOW PLAYING: Intro to Poor Man's Advertising
👉I can take a bum off the street at 8 am in the morning... ...take him to the library ...and by 8 am the following day he can be driving traffic, leads and buyers! It's been called Poor Man's Advertising. I've used PMA to drive 30,000 visitors a day to my offer on a REGULAR DAY. I've use(d) PMA to drive tens of thousands of buyers onto Planet Mojo. Bill Gates used PMA. It was THE rocket booster to his billionaire status. Fun-work: 🫵 1. ✅Watch the Intro to Poor Man's Advertising 2. ✅What is Poor Man's Advertising? Comment below! 3. ✅Watch for part 2 (IF at least 50 Rockstars comment the correct answer.) If we don't get 50 correct answers... ...I'll scrap the Poor Man's Advertising training due to lack of interest. Rooting For Ya, Travis

I just sold a used couch for $100 to a flipper who says he sells about 80/month. One hell of a hustler! But I’ll take the puzzled looks from folks about “inefficient markets” and Licensing IP all day rather than scour FB Marketplace & drive all over town (month after month). Set it up once, get paid twice :)
