How Emotional Congruence Can Transform Your Influence Factor...
Have you ever been in a conversation where you felt like your words just weren’t landing? And no matter how hard you tried to connect with that person (or people), how many rapport building techniques you used, your words just "disappeared" into a void? Something felt... off. Here’s the One main potential reason: It might not have been what you were saying, or even how you formulated your words. but HOW you were feeling while saying it. Someone very wise once said, : " Energy introduces you before you speak" is true. It's also true, that "energy speaks while you are speaking" Emotional (and energetic) congruence is when your inner emotional state aligns perfectly with your words and intentions. This IS the secret ingredient that makes your communication feel authentic, impactful, and ultimately powerful. By "powerful", I mean, impactful. In NLP there is a saying that "the meaningh of your communication is the result you get". I always add, "the meaning of your communication gets filtered through your energetic filter".... Take a moment to think about it: if you’re feeling insecure while trying to convince someone to trust your words, they’ll instantly sense it, even if your words sound confident. Thery are picking your energetic vibration which calibrates subconsciously. Humans are wired to pick up on subtle emotional cues, and any mismatch between your energy and your words WILL always break trust in an instant. Here’s a quick experiment for today (I am inviting you to take is as a fun challenge): Before your next important conversation, pause for a moment. Ask yourself: - “What outcome do I want for this person?” - "What experience do I want to be for them?" - “Am I fully energetically connected to achieving the purpose here?” (pay attention to how you feel in your "gut") - "How do I feel about myself right now?" If the answers generate any level of discomfort, take a deep breath and imagine what it would feel like to already have their trust, their excitement, or their commitment.

I have had more conversations than not - where I have literally 'felt' that there was no connection between me and the other person. Reading this post , helps me reflect that most of those conversations were to do with a sale. My intent was not even close to where I should have been. 🖕This is why I am READY for the uncoming workshop.. @Anita Kozlowski - Can you give 4 examples to the questions to ask before next conversation? I am over - thinking this.. - “What outcome do I want for this person?” - "What experience do I want to be for them?" - “Am I fully energetically connected to achieving the purpose here?” (pay attention to how you feel in your "gut") - "How do I feel about myself right now?"

Are You Hypnotizing Your Clients to Say "No"?
I want to start this reflective conversation with a bold statement - everything is hypnosis and our results are a direct reflection of how good a hypnotists we are... The moment you show up in front of a prospect, you’re directing their attention, creating impressions, and influencing their thoughts, whether you’re aware of it or not. From this moment on, every word you say, every gesture you make, every pause you take is a hypnotic induction. Your presence alone sets the tone for how they perceive you, your offer, and the value you bring. And here’s the deep truth, I realized quite a while ago when doing coaching and therapy work - if you’re unaware of this, you might be hypnotizing them to hesitate, doubt, or even to walk away. This is why great offers with great value often get rejected... You leave the meeting feeling flat, thinking you did absolutely everything to show them the great value - to no avail.... You must remember a time when you left a specific conversation where you thought you nailed it, only to hear “I’ll think about it” or “Let me get back to you”? That was THE exact result of the wrong hypnosis at work.... Remember, you are bringing into the equation your beliefs about yourself, about the client, about what's possible, your current emotional state, your values, your projections, and your techniques which take on a whole different meaning when infused with this "baggage"...and energy which is the quantum level of influence... The bottom line is, you’re already a hypnotist. Knowing that, all results are a function of the trance you are creating for your client (or anyone who is in front of you). You are being an experience for them, which shapes their experience.... When I realized that, I completely changed the lens through which I view relationships and sales (which is relationships in a particular context). Just by being present, we are influencing others. I discovered great questions to ask oneself before any sales or in any relationship:

The Difference Between a Genius and an Ordinary Human...Looking for 5 People...
I thought of writing this today and sharing, as this has profound implications for our optimization. I am also looking for your input. We were told that geniuses are different from us and possess some kind of extraordinary unique abilities which make them a genius. Having bought into this idea we never looked into what it is that makes them extraordinary... I think I cracked that code and experienced and observed measurable objective results... I found that the access to the "genius zone" lies in the intersection between the unconscious mind, and the super conscious which is the intelligent field of possibilities, which when accessed gives us the ability to navigate complexities we never thought possible... Without diving into the spiritual matrix, I found that when we access that Domain, things happen in an extraordinary way. Examples: - A guy who was the most constrained and self conscious dude- an engineer from HongKong - a student of mine, suddenly developed an ability to write amazing poetry which he brought to class, followed by unlocking the comedic talent. Proceeded to become a well recognized stand up comedian in my city.... - A dude wrote an amazing piano piece (dedicate to me), which is being performed. never wrote music before but played piano at a high level - I learned French in only three months from zero, to be able to get admission to a top College in Montreal. Graduated at top 3 percent of all graduates in Quebec. This was my first experience of accessing the zone. This was a catalyst for my quest, which I cracked... - A student memorized a massive textbook in one evening to pass an exam the next day with a result of 96 percent. - A dude raised 16 millon in one day to make his company go public... - A student wrote a Math exam which was to take place over 3 hours, in only 15 minutes, with a score of 100 percent. Proceeded to get his Phd in Mathematics which he completed in only 1 year. I discovered the weaknesses in the Law off Attraction and came up with something much more effective...
