Took the 32kg for a ride today
Tomorrows workout marks the completion of my first round of this program. Today was a moderate/light day for TGU so I did something naughty. I tested out my next heavy TGU bell (32kg) after the session. I won't say that I own that weight (unlike the 24kg from this month's program) but holy shit it went up easy, and it felt bloody solid. This stuff really works.......couldn't tell you the last time I did a TGU prior to 4 weeks ago. Thanks Sean, Grant and everyone here. It's a nice feeling to see and feel measurable progress.

Really didn't want to train today πŸ˜‚ sucked it up and got it done. Forgot how disgusting burpess are 🀒 Quick 30 mins session and feeling better for training.

Big day
Today was first time I done doubles TGU with 40k 1/1 2/2 2/2 For long time I was doing only singles and dont have faith in me to try doubles, so this is big day for me now.

Week 2 Day 4
Just completed two weeks of training. I am loving the simplicity. 10k steps per day. 4x KB workouts per week. Only eat from the approved food list. Sleep at least 7hrs per night. Change your life. Only two weeks in and I can already see and feel big changes! Loved todays workout with both coaches @Grant Anderson and @Sean Griffin. I love the everything in moderation approach. Eating till 80% full. Having gas still in the tank after the workout. Enjoying the time of a long walk. Really appreciate everything both these guys have built and made available for the community. πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
