Just completed two weeks of training. I am loving the simplicity. 10k steps per day. 4x KB workouts per week. Only eat from the approved food list. Sleep at least 7hrs per night. Change your life. Only two weeks in and I can already see and feel big changes! Loved todays workout with both coaches @Grant Anderson and @Sean Griffin. I love the everything in moderation approach. Eating till 80% full. Having gas still in the tank after the workout. Enjoying the time of a long walk. Really appreciate everything both these guys have built and made available for the community. πππ
